Billing and subscriptions
The Event Pass and Seatful Pro are purchased through Apple. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. See our pricing for what each plan includes.
Your data and privacy
Your events and guests live on your device. To take an event's published guest data off the web, open the event in the app, go to Collect RSVPs, and choose "Remove from the web". For anything else, including a request to delete data tied to a published event, email us. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
A bug or a feature request
Tell us what happened, what you expected, and your device and iOS version. Clear steps to reproduce a problem help us fix it faster. Feature ideas are always welcome.
