Start with the guest list (import your spreadsheet or add names), lay out tables to match your room, then drag guests onto seats; couples, parties, and households stay together. Send RSVP links, and as replies come in the chart keeps itself current. When it is final, print the chart, place cards, and a seating sign for the door.

Escort cards sit at the entrance and tell each guest their table; place cards sit at the table and mark their exact seat. Seatful prints both (plus table numbers) from the same chart, so the names and tables always match your latest plan.

Yes. Seatful runs on iPhone and iPad, and the canvas and drag-to-seat flow feel great on the larger screen. It also supports iPhone Duo: open the phone and the app fills the large display. From version 1.7 your events sync between your own iPhone and iPad through iCloud, with no account needed.

Yes. Choose the Quinceañera event type (XV años when the app is in Spanish) and the room setup offers an honor table for the quinceañera and her court, a family table, and a padrinos table, then round tables for everyone else. In Spanish, the guest title field suggests padrinos roles such as Padrino de anillos or Madrina de lazo.

Yes. Give each guest a title or relationship (肩書き, such as 新郎友人) and, in Japanese, a name reading (furigana) so lists sort in 五十音 order. Titles print above the name on place cards and escort cards, and new events in Japanese print 様 after every name. You can change the honorific, or remove it, in Export.

Yes. Seatful hosts a simple RSVP page for your event at seatful.app, so you do not need to build a wedding website. Send the private link (or print its QR code on your invitations) and replies flow straight into your chart.

Yes, two of them. Print a large-format seating sign (A2 or A1) listing every guest and table for the entrance, or post the QR seat finder: guests scan it, type their name, and see their table highlighted on the floor-plan map.

Turn on RSVP for an event and Seatful gives each guest a private link. Share it any way you like, or send it by WhatsApp in one tap. They accept or decline, optionally choose a meal and add a plus-one or dietary notes. Responses flow back into the app and update your chart.

Yes. In the list of personal RSVP links, every guest has a Send by WhatsApp button. It opens WhatsApp with a short, friendly message in your language and that guest's own link. When their phone number includes the country code (such as +52), the chat opens straight to them; otherwise you pick the contact.

Yes. Give a party (a family or household) its number of passes, the "pases" printed on Mexican invitations, and each guest in it sees the count on their own RSVP page, for example "We have reserved 4 places in your honor." Only that guest sees it.

A decline frees that seat automatically. An accepted plus-one joins your unseated list with their own name (it never overwrites your guest's name), and your meal counts update as responses come in.

Yes. Set a deadline and the RSVP page closes itself after it passes, so you stop collecting changes when you need final numbers.

If you want to. Turn on notifications and Seatful checks your published events now and then, even while the app is closed, and tells you when new responses arrive; event rows also show a badge when you open the app. Optional reminders one week and one day before your event, and on the RSVP deadline morning, keep the chart on schedule. Everything is configurable from the bell icon.

Your events live on your device, and every change autosaves. From version 1.7 the iPhone app also keeps them in your own private iCloud, which only you can read. Add a free Seatful account and they are backed up too, so you can keep planning at seatful.app. Published RSVP pages expose only what a guest needs, their own name and table, never your whole guest list, and you can pull published data back off the web at any time. Never. Seatful was built around data integrity: a guest name is only ever written by you. RSVP responses and plus-ones are kept as separate fields, so nothing you typed silently disappears.

The Event Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks everything for one wedding or event, perfect for couples planning their own day. Pro is a subscription for professional planners: unlimited events and clients, reusable venue templates, white-label exports, and client approval links.

If you subscribed on seatful.app, sign in at seatful.app/app, choose Pro · Manage, then Manage billing, and cancel there. Your account and events stay, and we email you a confirmation. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, Apple bills it: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least a day before a free trial ends and you won’t be charged.

It depends where you bought. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe: for a refund, just email support@seatful.app. Purchases made in the iPhone app go through Apple, so refunds follow Apple’s standard process (reportaproblem.apple.com).
